Capability Catalyst offers soft skills solutions after closely examining the aspects of behaviour, communication, and appearance, which may prevent people from achieving their goals. It is an initiative by Anjali Basra, internationally certified soft skills trainer & image consultant, whose experience as an educator & writer brought to her notice the pressing need to refine interpersonal skills for greater individual success.

Capability Catalyst took shape from Anjali’s experiences and interactions with people. One thing that was common to all was the desire to improve behavior, communication, and /or appearance, for greater societal acceptance, individual growth, or success at various levels. Based on such perspectives, Capability Catalyst strives to bridge the gaps in soft skills and appearance to help individuals meet their goals in professional and personal lives.

 Realizing that the ability to deal with people spans over a wide range of soft skills and extends to aspects of appearance, Anjali upskilled herself through a rigorous and structured soft-skills and image consultancy program before delving into the field professionally. As a certified soft skills trainer and image consultant, she now assists individuals in achieving success through refined/improved interactions and appearance.
