Capability Catalyst is a learning and development initiative focused on enabling individuals and organizations to build confidence, credibility, and a strong professional presence.
 

Founded by Anjali Basra, an internationally certified soft skills trainer and image consultant with over 17 years of diverse professional experience, and a certified CFTP and POSH trainer, Capability Catalyst offers structured interventions in communication, behaviour, and personal presentation—key areas that significantly influence professional and personal success.

Through years of working across roles as an educator, writer, and trainer, Anjali identified a consistent gap: individuals often possess the technical knowledge required for success, but struggle to translate it into impactful communication, confident behaviour, and a polished presence. Capability Catalyst was created to bridge this gap.

At its core, Capability Catalyst is built on the belief that the ability to engage effectively with people is not innate—it can be learned, refined, and mastered. By combining principles of soft skills training with insights from image consulting, the initiative provides a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
 

Today, Capability Catalyst works with students, young professionals, and organizations to help them enhance workplace readiness, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and present themselves with clarity and confidence—enabling meaningful progress in their careers and lives.
